Tomorrowland was genuinely the greatest weekends of my life, and there are a lot of reasons why I loved Tomorrowland Festival! I have some suggestions for Attending Tomorrowland Festival, which I hope will assist all of you who are about to go on this magnificent event so that you may have a weekend that you’ll never forget!
For those who don’t know, Tomorrowland is a Belgian EDM event (I mean if you don’t know what it is or haven’t seen the after movies — where have you been?) It’s now in Brazil and the United States as well, however because Belgium is the birthplace of EDM and great DJs, it was an obvious spot for this EPIC FESTIVAL!
This blog will touch on my top tips for attending Tomorrowland Music Festival!
Arrive Early
Getting to Tomorrowland early will guarantee that you get a prime camping location and allow you to camp near your friends! I’ve always camped in Dreamville, and so I came on Thursday morning at the first light of day!
Explore
Tomorrowland has so much to offer that you’ll never be able to see it all. There are several fantastic bars, food vendors, and little gems scattered throughout the festival grounds that can only be discovered by exploring and walking about.
Check out all of the stages
There are numerous stages at Tomorrowland, each with a unique vibe and feel, so don’t devote the whole day to just the main stage. The rear of the arena has a nice bar/stage, which is adjacent to the Opera Stage, formerly sponsored by Desperados or Cubanisto beer – it has aircon, is indoors, features outstanding music, and is always really amazing inside!
Trying the Cherry Beer is a must
It’s really delicious. I’m not a beer drinker, but the cherry beer at Tomorrowland is my one exception! It’s just half a pint, but it’s well worth it!
Figure out the conversion from Pearls to your Currency
It’s tough to manage your cash for a full day of spending in Pearls, and then see your late-night noodles cost you over $17!
Purchase items early on
Some of the best goods are available at Tomorrowland, but they do sell out!! Hats/caps in particular will be popular, so don’t think “I’ll buy it at the end” if you see a color you like!
Another thing to consider when evaluating the campground/Dreamville’s merchandise is that it differs from that in the main arena! To see what’s new, go to different stores and compare the various products.
Make Connections
Tomorrowland has a distinct festival atmosphere and a unique energy that no other event can match! You will meet a cast of characters from all walks of life and from across the world! Learn about them, how they got there, who they want to see, and most importantly (and probably) how many years it took them to obtain tickets! I’ve met a lot of fantastic individuals at Tomorrowland who I still talk with years later!
Even if you don’t enjoy EDM, go to Tomorrowland.
Yes, it’s an EDM festival, but with artists like David Guetta, Martin Garrix, and Steve Aoki performing, you’re likely to hear current radio hits or even 00’s classics that are blended into the sickest remixes!
Don’t Miss the Fireworks
The spectacular displays at the main stage at the conclusion of the headline set were some of the most amazing fireworks I’ve ever seen! For the best views, I recommend standing tall on the hill at the main stage. Then just get ready to soak it all in! My first year there was so incredible that I cried!
Take it all in
You’ve undoubtedly tried for years to get the opportunity to visit Tomorrowland, so just go with the flow! You could never go back, so take every chance you get, speak to everyone, and enjoy and live in the present moment. I promise that it will be a weekend that you will NEVER FORGET if you do this!
