This sensual dance was not on the pre-approved lesson plan for these sixth-graders.
A racy video that a Russian school teacher and part-time pole dancer posted on social media has resulted in her termination.
Viktoria Kashirina, a 23-year-old Russian model and Instagram influencer, recently revealed an “erotic” video to her now-removed Instagram account that included her removing clothing and stroking herself while rolling on a bed and ground humping.
Kashirina — who just completed her studies at a university — instructs language and literature to 11- and 12-year-old students at School No. 1, a private online school based in Moscow.
The erotic educator also works as a go-go dancer on the side, which she claims has no effect on her instructional profession.
However, when Kashirina’s students and their shocked parents saw her NSFW video on Instagram, they immediately reported it to school officials.
A mother of one of the pupils scolded Kashirina, writing: “Please do not post such explicit films, or close [your social media]. My daughter is watching this and you are clearly gaining praise as a tutor — but not as a good teacher.”
However, the raunchy Russian instructor is defending herself, proclaiming that she has done nothing wrong.
“I’ve been pole dancing for several years and have always wanted to make a film about it,” Kashirina said.
“Of course, it was never meant for students. The mother of this student ordered me to terminate the account. I refused and instead blocked both the daughter and her mother…but it was already too late by then.”
According to Kashirina, a school director informed her: “You’ve created a storm, and we need to react. I have two kids myself, so I understand how these parents are feeling,” according to local wire service East 2 West.
The director of the school where Kashirina studied said she had a “free expression” to produce the provocative film, but she “stomped on our freedom.”
“If you want to show that you’re a good dancer, we have the right not to go down this road. This is an excellent opportunity to inform all parents about our moral values,” they stated.
The director told Kashirina that she had been “let go,” but she has not received any further notification and continues to teach her online classes.
Additionally, the instructor informed Newsflash that she is well-liked by her pupils, with some parents coming to her defense.
Kashirina said she made the video for “aesthetic reasons,” and that she never considered what her pupils would think of her internet persona.
“My pupils followed me on Instagram and saw my writings,” she remarked. “Our working relationship was not damaged by this.”
If her termination is upheld, Kashirina has vowed to take the case to court, claiming no social media restrictions were in place when she was hired as a teacher.
“The firing is completely unjustified since there’s nothing in the rules of my employment contract to contradict. Indifference, sloth, and lack of ambition are all rather abstract concepts.”
If she is dismissed, Kashirina would not be the first teacher to be sacked for performing sexually themed online activities.
Amy Kupps, a history teacher in North Carolina, was fired from her job after her raunchy OnlyFans profile was discovered back in July. She eventually gave up her employment.
